Frida almost gets caught...

Frida cannot resist a good looking bunch of flowers, so the window box she happened upon one morning, were just too much of a temptation. You see, Frida loves to steal flowers. She herself cares little for flowers, but the delight she gets in knowing she has stolen away something pretty is just pure joy for her. She keeps all the flowers she’s stolen in a little book, to remind her of all her triumphs! She crept up slowly, making sure there were no other Sprytes in view. Crouching underneath the window she slipped her hand up and into the Flower Box. She picked one quick as lightning and her arm shot down. What flower had she got!? A little pansy! Frida let out a wild giggle, managing to stifle it quickly before anyone heard. Up her arm went again… snap! This time she’d got a primrose. What an exciting morning this was turning out to be! Third time lucky… Up went that hand…OH! Someone had grabbed her! ‘FRIDA!’ And angry voice boomed. The hand pulled her up onto her feet, and face to face with Hobbo, an old wizened Spryte who was known for whacking young Sprytlings with his walking stick. ‘I..’ Frida started, ‘S-Sorry Mister!’ ‘What on earth are you doing you little Gremlim?’ (That’s a terrible offence in the Spryte world) Frida thought quickly - "Look! There's a Sprytling stealing an apple!!" ‘What!?’ Hobbo turned impulsively, letting go of her hand. She ran, hearing him yell at her in the distance.

And that is how, yet again, Frida added more flowers to her book. So next time you think about leaving your flowers unattended, just remember Frida and her book…
